FOH® Worldwide Celebrates Pride Month 2025
Happy Pride Month!
Pride is more than a celebration — it’s a reflection of The Way We Are. Diversity is the primary pillar that sets our company apart in the foodservice and hospitality industry. Our headquarters in Miami has become a vibrant melting pot of cultures and unique backgrounds thanks to our growing presence worldwide. We value and appreciate the individuals who bring their diverse experiences to our company.
At FOH®, we celebrate individuality. As a women-owned business, we have consistently been recognized as a Certified Great Place to Work® since 2016. In recent years, we have received certifications from respected third-party organizations, including the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). As an NGLCC-Certified LGBT Business Enterprise®, we proudly prioritize representation and diversity of the LGBTQ+ community across the foodservice and hospitality industry. These certifications acknowledge our commitment to inclusivity and recognize us as a gold-standard woman-owned business.
As leaders in the hospitality industry, we take great pride in supporting and advocating for equality and justice in our community. Through close collaborations with our esteemed partners, we have dedicated over 500 volunteer hours and donated over $25,000 to support our local LGBTQ+ community. We remain steadfast in our commitment to equality and diversity. With nearly 50% of our team proudly representing diverse cultures, we serve as an ally and advocate for positive change for our team members and partners. Inclusion drives innovation, and we’re committed to creating products, partnerships, and possibilities that welcome everyone to the table.
